A Tea Party in the Orchard
Fancy some tea among the spring trees? We do! Come to an afternoon tea full of little sandwiches and sweet delights from Bakestere, all while sipping on some classic English tea. Spring is a special time at the farm and we would like to share it with you!

Dinner in the Orchard
Indulge in a memorable dining experience set against the breathtaking backdrop of a scenic orchard with your closest friends and family. The menu changes each week with every dinner made using delicious local food, creating an experience that truly is farm to table.
Fresco Catering and VT Mapple BBQ will be with us in August and we can’t wait to have Chef Glenn back for another year!
New this season-July 25th will see a lobster boil in the orchard with Brownsville Butcher and Pantry! A summer meal in New England hardly gets more iconic than clams, corn, potatoes, and lobster. Join us for a feast celebrating the season’s finest seafood, sourced from New England fishermen and paired with peak-season produce from local farmers. Begin with oysters on the half shell, then gather around as the meal is prepared over open fire and served family-style over newspaper—sweet corn, potatoes, lobster, clams and BB&P smoked sausage—set in the stunning landscape of River View Orchard overlooking the Connecticut Valley.
Dinner events begin at 6pm $170/person,

Harvest Dinner in the Orchard
Our harvest dinner is a celebration of the season’s bounty, gathered from nearby farms and waters and cooked simply over open fire. Guests gather among the apple trees as the meal unfolds—ingredients at their peak, prepared with care and served family-style in the open air. Smoke, flame, and the rhythms of the land guide the menu, creating an evening that honors the traditions of harvest, shared tables, and the quiet beauty of the orchard at dusk.
We will begin the event with a cider tasting from a local cidery as well as a grazing table with small bites followed by the main show with Brownsville Butcher and Pantry who will be on-site offering a three course meal with their rustically elegant cuisine using the freshest of ingredients from the most local of sources (including the farm)! Our harvest dinner has become a favorite annual tradition and we can't wait to do it all again this year!

Self Catered, Private Dinner in the Orchard
Enjoy our private outdoor setting offering an intimate atmosphere, perfect for celebrating special moments or simply savoring a peaceful evening. You bring the food, we bring everything else from tableware to the flowers, candles and those extra special touches that make for a memorable evening! This is best suited for private parties of 16-18 and is only offered mid-week. You may cater your own dinner by creating a pot-luck meal, picking up food from a favorite local restaurant or using a caterer of your choosing. If you need help locating a caterer or chef, we are happy to help!
Event starts at 6pm. $75/person with 50% of total due at booking.

Bubbles and Small Bites in the Flower Fields
The flower fields at Riverview Farm are bursting with blooms in August and we can’t think of a better way to enjoy them than to sip some bubbly and nosh on homemade small bites from Bakestere, all while picking your own bouquet of fresh flowers to take home!
All participants will be given a vessel with water for taking their flowers home to keep them fresh. We are happy to give guidance on how best to pick the flowers and color schemes or blooms for your perfect bouquet!
